Organizing Executive Staffs for Undergraduate Student Club

Dear Dharma Friends,

This coming Saturday April 1, we will decide several important issues in our organization, UB Zen Buddhism.

I. Name for the student club in the SA

we have to decide the name of our Buddhist student organizations in the SA.

For example; 1. Zen Buddhism Student Association
2. Zen Meditation Student Association

If you have any idea on the name in the SA, please email us.

II. Election of executive staffs for the student club in the SA

We are very pleased to announce that we will organize several executive staffs for Zen Buddhism Student Association in the SA and for UB Zen Buddhism.

1. President
2.Vice President
3.Secretary
4.Tresurer

All undergraduate students at UB who handed in Application form for the membership will be eligible to vote and to be a candidate for the staffs.

All undergraduate studetns can recommend some students as the staffs in the club.

III. Communication Staff

We will elect on communication staff to design and maintain the Homepage and announce important decisions and events in the Homepage.
All members are eligible to be a condidate.
